Our story
A local family business, grown the right way.
CityWide started in 2002 as a family plumbing business in the Illawarra, with a simple idea: turn up when we say we will, do the job properly, and charge a fair price.
That idea has carried us a long way. Today we run 15 fully-equipped trucks from our head office in Barrack Heights, Wollongong, and our Sydney branch in Smithfield — looking after houses and units, strata buildings, real estate agencies, councils and commercial sites.
We've grown, but we're still family owned, and we still answer the phone 24/7 — because a burst pipe doesn't wait for business hours.
