What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Our enquiry form (on the contact page): your name, phone number, suburb, the job you need done, how soon you need us and what kind of customer you are — plus your email address and any details you add, if you choose to.
- Phone calls to 02 4295 3222: your number and what you tell us about the job.
- Emails to maintenance@citywidegroupnsw.com.au: your email address, your message and anything you attach, such as photos of the problem.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, book and do the job, and follow up on it (for example, invoicing and any warranty work). That's all.
- We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We don't add you to marketing or mailing lists.
- We don't share your details with anyone else, unless it's needed to do your job or the law requires it.
How the enquiry form works
When you send the form, it goes to our website host, Netlify, which passes it on to our team at maintenance@citywidegroupnsw.com.au. Netlify is based in the United States, so form messages may be stored outside Australia. We keep enquiries and job records only as long as we need them for your job and our business records.
Cookies, tracking and maps
- This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn't follow you around the internet.
- Our fonts, photos and the background video are served from this website itself, not from other companies.
- Office maps: Google Maps only loads when you click “Show map” (or “Get directions”, which opens Google Maps). Once it loads, Google’s own privacy policy and cookies apply.
- Areas map: the map on our areas page loads map pictures from OpenFreeMap, using OpenStreetMap data. Like any website, their servers can see your internet address when they send those pictures.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details
You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, and to correct or delete them. Just get in touch:
We may need to keep some job records (such as invoices) for tax and legal reasons. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
